Burberry Fitness - A life changing decision.

From suits to gym gear…

Starting my own business has always been my dream but to be honest, I have been too scared. Scared of what people might think, scared of failure, scared of the risk... ultimately, scared to leave my comfort zone and step into the unknown. However, as I turn forty this August, I decided it was now or never....

The classic line is “if you are good at something then don’t do it for free”. I think most people have considered this at some point. It weighed heavy on me.

I have always been active and played as many sports as I could; rugby, cricket, golf, skiing, running, mountain biking, climbing and most recently road biking. Yes, I am becoming a MAMIL (Middle Aged Man In Lycra). To keep my body in a place capable to do the above I have worked hard on my strength and fitness. I have trained for over 25 years and am delighted to say I am in the best shape of my life. Recently, I have come to the realisation that I am actually better at training than I am at individual sports. I am more knowledgeable, my skill level is higher, and I am genuinely passionate about it, especially when training with others and seeing them catch the bug.

Finally, I believe I am good enough at something that maybe I shouldn’t do it for free!

Following a period of study I have gained my qualification as a level 3 Personal Trainer and have now launched Burberry Fitness. I offer bespoke mobile personal training to fit your busy schedules and tailored to help you achieve your fitness goals from the comfort of your own home. I will bring all the equipment required to a suitable location of your choosing. Home, garden or local park, it is up to you. No costly gym memberships required, no time wasted traveling, no fighting for machines with unknown benefits or having to endure bad music. Your session done your way.

I am very proud of making this life changing decision and look forward to the future of Burberry Fitness.

I hope to hear from you soon.
