Are you considering entering a HYROX event as an solo or double but are unsure of how best to start training? Burberry Fitness provides personal training programmes designed specifically to improve performance in HYROX events by improving muscular strength and endurance. These can be delivered as 1-2-1 classes or doubles for 2 people.
I will work closely with you to develop training plans bespoke to your ability and timeline. All plans include nutritional guidance, including race prep and fuelling strategies to ensure you preform at your best.
I offer this service for all abilities and fitness levels at Musselburgh Rugby Club which has an excellent range of HYROX specific equipment.
Recommended programme length will depend on personal fitness levels and goals.

HYROX Performance Training Prices:
4 x hour sessions to be used within 4 weeks:
Solo - £200
Doubles - £240
12 x hour sessions to be used within 3 months:
Solo - £480 (Can be paid in 3 instalments)
Doubles - £600 (Can be paid in 3 instalments
24 x hour sessions to be used within 6 months:
Solo - £888 (Can be paid in 6 instalments)
Doubles - £984 (Can be paid in 6 instalments)
