Personal Training for Teenagers
Burberry Fitness offers personal training for teenage boys and girls aged 14 and up either as a mobile service at your home in the Edinburgh area or at Musselburgh Rugby Club. I am a fully qualified and insured and am PVG registered with Disclosure Scotland. All equipment will be supplied.
Arranging personal training for a teenager is a true investment in their health and well-being increasing not just their physical fitness, but inspiring positive lifestyle changes and building confidence.
I work with all ability levels and through careful consultation with the parent and child a thorough and individualised training plan will be developed focused on their specific goals , whether that be sports specific performance training, weight loss, increased strength or mobility and flexibility.
I firmly believe the personal discipline learnt through fitness training and coaching can be applied to every aspect of your child’s life, and I will design their training plan to bring structure and positive lifestyle enhancements to their weekly routine.
As a child’s fitness level increases they will physically benefit from improved energy levels, co-ordination, running form and flexibility and have mental benefits such as improved confidence, body image and self worth.

4 x hour sessions to be used within 4 weeks: £200
12 x hour sessions to be used within 3 months: £480
(Can be paid in 3 instalments)
24 x hour sessions to be used within 6 months: £840
(Can be paid in 6 instalments)

All of my personal training services are now also available in the sports and conditioning gym at Musselburgh Rugby Football Club. This excellent facility is well equipped and is a wonderful quiet location to train clients. You do not require to be a member of the club to train with me there but you can join for a nominal fee if you wish to use the gym in your your own time.
